The Project aims to improve the quality of education, the managerial abilities and general overwiew of teachers at pre-school institutions with the use of modern know-how and the possibility of study visits to partner countries. The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of pre-school education. This is to be achieved by supporting the professional development of pre-school teaching staff by increasing their ability to grow professionally and embetter the quality of their work as well as by modernizing the educational processes. Within the framework of these activities, the participants will gain and further develop their knowledge and skills in the area of pre-school education of the respective country, its school system, organization of pre-school education and curriculum (by following classes, discussion with directors of pre-school institutions, review of study materials and other documents, etc.). Through the realization of this project, a functioning cooperation of the providers of pre-school education will be established that will result in intensified joint activities and problem-solving. There will be 7 participants in the programme with the following professional specialization: 1 director, 4 teachers and 2 managers of operations. The composition of the group of participants is diverse, i.e. it covers the fields of environment, esthetics, languages and motorics because we we thus want to ensure the multidisciplinarity of the project.
