The project "Specialist on the European labor market" is addressed to a group of students aged 17-18 (first, second, third year of mechanical and mechatronics technical school). The students will be divided into four groups of 8 persons during their internship. The internship program was developed on an educational basis of vocational training and regional and national, educational needs. Students will have a chance to take part in a 4-week training in different English enterprises. Students chosen for the project fulfilled all the requirements definied in it. The main aims of the project are: -getting "Europass Mobility" document -enhancing professional qualifications -acquiring new profesional skills related to organisation of work -getting new job experience -getting familiar with the rules of English enterprise managing -learning new technical and technological solutions in a given branch of industry -getting same knowledge of tourist attractions, culture and history of Great Britain -acquiring and improving skills of using English as a foreign language in real-life situations -improving social and personal skills of the internship participants The project was developed in close cooperation with the Englisch partner and it definitely meets the needs of students of a technical school. The participants gain international experience during the internship which makes them better prepared for the global job market. Getting the document "Europass Mobility" will enable students to increase their chances of employment after graduating from school. Job practice is planned to be held in the period from 1, October,2015 till 1,October,2017 in Stafford, Great Britain. The host organisation will be the company Polaris EU Enterprise Limited.
