There will be 52 participants of the project. 16 students from the landscape design class, 6 students from the IT class i 10 students from the renewable energy class in The Complex of Technical and Vocational Schools in Czestochowa will undergo a month-long practical training in Granada, Spain in autumn 2016 and spring 2017. They will work in companies around Granada: in green maintenance companies, gardens, parks and nurseries, IT companies and a solar company. The students will fulfill the tasks connected with development and maintaining gardens and urban green areas, computer hardware repair, network and software maintenance, installing and maintaining solar panels. Europroyectos Ldv will be the partner institution in Spain. It is an institution with great experience in mobility projects. There will also be 20 participants from the construction class who will undergo a two-week-long training in the vocational training center in Cottbus, Germany in autumn 2016. BFW, the host organization in Germany, will provide the students with the practical training on masonry work techniques in their well-equipped training center under the supervision of experienced instructors. The following project of an internship will enable the participants to become acquainted with: modern trends in the industry, the way an enterprise is managed and how it operates from the inside, modern implements, technologies and tools, exotic plant species and methods of their cultivation and practical aspects of obtaining energy from renewable sources. The participants of the project will improve their English and German as a professional language and learn basic Spanish, not only by getting ready for the internship, but also by everyday contact with co-workers and partner organization staff. The project is also aimed to develop personality traits such as responsibility, creativity and the ability to deal with challenges and stress. In addition, the internship will enable the participants to learn about the rich cultural heritage of partner countries and learn about employers' requirements on the European labour market. It is also to inspire students to take advantage of European programs in order to improve their qualifications in future and to set up their own business, which would lead to lower unemployment in the region. What is more, practical training in the partner country is to popularize the ideas of European professional integration and help in raising training standards and the quality of work to make them equally high in the whole Europe. These issues are in line with Erasmus+ priorities as well as local development strategies. The results of the projects are going to be the improvement of students practical skills and linguistic competence, together with gaining more professional self-confidence which will make it easier for the participants to meet their future employers' expectations in the country and abroad. This project is also aiming the participants to get new experience, use theoretical skills in practice and face some typical professional situations by taking part in team work and observing professionals. The project will also be beneficial for the applicant institution which will be able to offer attractive practical training, thus providing a higher level of vocational education in the region by educating well-qualified, linguistically competent workers. The Complex of Technical and Vocational Schools in Czestochowa will do their best to give the participants the best preparation and provide them with all the necessary organizational and logistic support. The participants will be given Europass Mobility certificates and the certificates from the partner agency. The elements of ECVET will be applied for the transfer and validation of acquired skills. The final results of the project and its evaluation will be published on the school's website to make them available for other students.
