Special and Social youth work in the City of Kajaani. Sports and Youth Services` EVS- project. Sports and Youth Services is part of the Education Services in the City of Kajaani. Volunteers can involve to hole Education Services. Project partners are from Bologna, Italy, YouNet no. 949011238 and from Spain, Barcelona, FCV, Fundatcio Catalunya Voluntari no. 948208272. The project will be from both countries one volunteer, who are interested to come to Finland to social and special youth work and access to education services. The action takes place mainly in youth houses and with the other groups. The operating modes are different clubs, with crafts, cooking and exercise. The working hours are mainly in the afternoons and evenings. Kajaani also serves as a small-scale project: Exercise Services familiar to immigrants. Volunteers can participate in the local project by working groups of the passenger or supervisors. In the youth houses there is working youth workers and other voluntary from Kajaani. Volunteers bring the activities of the international dimension and the possibility of language and cross-cultural learning. Youth and instructors can also learn new things and new ways of working from volunteers. Volunteers can encourage young people to participate to special EVS activities by partner organizations. In the future, Kajaani would have to be implemented youth exchanges or EVS activities of youth leaders with the assistance of a special young people. During the EVS-period partner organisations develope mobility between instructors and work exchanges.
