Sound it out! 2016 - European perspectives on gender equality and girls* specific youth education aims for the empowerment of young girls* and women. Therefore this project offers different activites (project management conference, multipliers seminar, youthmeeting, conference for experts and staff) to enable the participating persons and organisations to improve there organisational, methodogical and content-based skills. In total we will work with 127 participants, which are party staff and volunteers of the participating organisations and partly young cis- and transgirls. With a high standard of project management skills and splittet responsibilities between the partnerorganisations we will be able to implement the project in a appropriate way. After the project the participation organisation will be able to offer international project on their own, will be enriched with well educated and selfconfident young women* who will be able to offer activities for girls*, will have had the chance to improve their network and teamwork with local organisations working on womens rights, will have found new partnerconstellations for own projects. Long-termed we aim to conduce towards fully gender-equality and same opportunities for all gender.
