The global training offer in the cross-border area should be reorganised in line with todays labour market.Therefore, the Fédération des Centres dInsertion and its partners promote the development of an innovative cross-border training specialising in personal care services. In addition, the partners compare notes with regard to the qualifications to find out which adjustments must be made to the trainings. It is not onlya question of adapting the training to current needs, but also to anticipate future needs of the companies in the personal care services sector. In this context, this project should also provide an opportunity to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and skills and the exchange of experiences.
