Under the project "Social Inclusion+: No Socially Excluded Young People in "Erasmus+!" our non-governmental organisation "Youth and Civil Initiatives in the Rose Valley" will host 42 young people and their leaders from Italy, Spain,Poland, Lithuania, Croatia and Romania in the period 1-8th September 2014 in the town of Karlovo, Bulgaria. The young people will exchange experience on the topic of social inclusion from previous projects they have implemented in their countries; will discuss methods for removing the social exclusion of marginalized groups of young people; will "step into the shoes" of various groups of disadvantaged young people so they can see how socially excluded young people feel and thus they themselves will become more tolerant and open to differences. Besides, we will give valuable knowledge and skills for their future development and professional realization such as advice how to behave at a job interview, how to get important certificates and how to promote their best qualities and skills on the labour market also fostering their social entrepreneurship and seeking strategic partnerships with local stakeholders so they can implement future projects for social inclusion and active participation of young people. The cultural evenings when every partner will present their country's history, culture and traditions together with the common intercultural night will contribute to fostering the intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding and breaking any cultural stereotypes. The rich programme with well-selected diverse non-formal methods of education will contribute to reaching the project's objectives while the follow-up campaigns and trainings each partner will carry out once they go back home will contribute to multiplying the effect of the project, to popularising the "Erasmus+" programme and to reaching a bigger number of indirect beneficiaries.
