The project gave 11 young persons from Cyprus and Spain the chance to address the problem of youth unemployment and the chances it presents. During the program which lasted from May to December 2013 and was funded by the Youth in Action program, the group looked at examples of good practice in various countries and visited social businesses in the partner countries. With the support of specialists in the field the young persons looked at how to develop a business idea, implemented workshops on business plan design and discussed potential obstacles ad problems. Apart from these activities the group organised information activities for their peer group and created a website presenting the projects' actions and material. The aim of the project was to give young unemployed persons the chance to acquire information about possible ways out of their situation and on the same time to bring young persons facing the threat of unemployment together in order to strengthem their self esteem and increase their potential. The youthgroups met in 2 transational meetings in Spain and Cyprus. During the latter meeting an open event was organized in which the results of the program were presented to the public.
