Different kind of aggregations of SMEs have proved to be the most effective way to face competition and to strengthen the competitive advantage of SMEs and their territories. The project aims to support learning facilitators and mediators in the acquisition of the action learning techniques they need in order to manage in a more effective way the SMEs aggregation process. The project will design an experimental innovative learning kit: curricula and book for trainers and facilitators will promote a European benchmarking path within the community of EU trainers and leading facilitators. The pilot phase of the outputs will directly involve more than 130 trainers and learning facilitators. All the project outputs will be developed as tailored as possible according to the different target audience and different territorial contexts. The expected results are reports and curricula for learning facilitators and nine labs involving at least 130 facilitators.
