The aim of the project is to provide useful tools for European youth in order to develop time management skills, for an active participation at all levels: educational, personal, professional, cultural and social. Time management is a key to responsibility and achieving objectives. Youth is now under a lot of pressure by the family, community, society and even government, so skills regarding time management are essential for their further development.Society nowadays is working under stressful deadlines, time pressure and multi-tasking. Without these skills, young people will encounter difficulties in their path. Empower them and giving them the tools in order to use all the opportunities given will raise the level of awareness regarding society today.The objectives of the project are:- to support participants to become more aware of themselves and in so doing be enabled to make conscious choices and decisions that fit with their goals in life;- to provide participants with tools needed for a scheduled plan and time management skills;- to provide a multicultural learning environment, by giving the participants the opportunity to spend time with people from different countries and cultures;-to inform participants about culture diversity and exchange of cultures - acting together we can get more success in every project;- to discover the ERASMUS + program and its actions as a tool to support their life goals. Methodology: The program incorporated a methodology designed to ensure the basic principles of active participation, holistic learning, inter-cultural learning, as group work, group activities, presentations, workshops and personal assignments. The program also provided space to share experience and best practice.Activities and achieved results: during youth exchange in 8 days (30th July-6th August, 2016) in Kekava, Latvia with 35 participants (youth, youth leaders) from 6 countries - Latvia, Romania, Turkey, Serbia, Bulgaria, United Kingdom have learned about time management, goal setting, got knowledge about 6 different national cultures and values .
