PROJECT
FINISHED
The main task of our work is to open accesses to employment, training and education for disadvantaged young adults who are especially in distance for education and the labor market , but also to improve new chances for people with mental and individual impairments. We made the experience that international exchanges as mobility tools promote a rethinking by the young people and often paves the way for it to accept changes. Also in the open youth work and school related social work, youth mobility is an appropriate tool to make young people mobile. Even HoT (Haus der offenen Tür) will have a benefit in its profession by international exchanges with other organizations and their young people. This project aims to build bridges, facilitate experiences of young people and strengthen the role of non-formal learning through appropriate offers. By involving volunteers in effective public appearances they will be motivated to involve and encourage own ideas.
