‴Skorosze- estate of talents‴The project participants are young people making first steps in Labour Market. 4 members of an initiative group, despite havinga university degrees, have faced the problems of unemployment (also a long-term one) and looking for a job. The subject of aproject is to organize a plan of various activities, meetings and events. The project will last few weeks on a newly built estate‴Skorosze‴ which cultural, educational and sport infrastructure seems to be insufficient. The activities will be aimed at children,teenagers and parents. The main objectives of action are: to activate people from an initiative group and boost their chancesin Labour Market; multidirectional development of a local society- increase of interests, talents, intercultural competence, civilawareness and attitude of acceptance in the spirit of European values and intergenerational integration. As a part of a Project,different workshops will be held: art workshops (painting, theatre, music), media workshops (editor, journalist, photography),linguistic and intercultural ones, outdoors activities and field games. Action will finish with the open-air event when results ofworkshops will be presented, participant will take part in various games, competitions, taste some food and drinks, admire anexhibition of photos from the project. The focal point of the event will be release of Chinese lanterns into to sky. All activities willbe free, open and aimed at all members of a local community, regardless of age, sex, orientation, nationality, race and materialstatus etc. As a result, the project participants will increase qualifications, experience necessary in further career and boosttheir chances in a Labour Market. Local community will integrate, explore and develop talents, enlarge citizen’s awarenessand intercultural competence. Finally, a book publication will be published, as a result of project’s and workshops’ participants’cooperation.
