Školení zaměstnanců - nové postupy a metody proti předčasnému opouštění škol

There is currently no system in the Czech Republic how to involve young people without qualifications in society whether it is their professional training, or the prevention of social exclusion due to their joblessness. This is not only about young people without qualifications, the problem is still growing and young people often do not continue in education after completion of primary schooling. For this group of young people must be created new preparation methods and tools for their professional development. The aim of the project is to visit 3 second chance schools in the EU with a tradition of this type of training in this area. Employees of the applicant who deal with this issue are nominated to participate in mobility and bring new knowledge and inspiration for this form of vocational training. Increaseing number of young people with no qualifications in Europe is a big problem for their employment. EU requires the use of second chance schools for the training of young people within the EU, so that by 2020, the proportion of young people under 26 years without qualification reduced to below 10 % of the European average .
It is a challenging task, given the current proportion of young people without qualifications is more than 14 % .
