PROJECT
FINISHED
This project is based on school reform demands for more and better learning for more students. Student motivation and teachers' skills are the keys here. Sct. Hans Skole needs to send 6 teachers from the school's international classes on training courses to improve skills in English and Spanish language and methodology . The school also aims to send 10 teachers on job shadowing at partner schools in Europe.
To ensure the benefits from activities for both traveling teacher, hosting teacher, school and organisations outside the school the project is managed by templates for setting objectives, for clarification of expectations , assessment tools, reporting and sharing.
The activities are expected to have the following impacts:
- Students are expected to improve their skills in English, to become more motivated , to avoid drop-out, to develop their intercultural skills and gain a broader understanding of Denmark's place in the EU
- Teachers are expected to improve their skills in foreign languages, to add the intercultural perspective to the study plan in other subjects than English , to put more variety into teaching
- At school level there is the expectation of consolidation and constructive continuation of current school partnerships.
