The project aims at design, development and implementation of an integrated system to improve accessibility, adaptability and validity of the Vocational Training Processes for low educated workers and job-seekers for employment purposes. The Train-Ability System will enable to measure vocational training entry levels as perceived by the candidates as well as their trainability rather than assessing candidates' specific knowledge, skills and abilities. This potential is measured with specific tools, developed by the project, defined Potential Metrics that measure the vocational potential and the employment potential of the players involved. The Train-Ability System is made up by a set of training programming methodologies and techniques finalised towards customising (adapting) of the interventions to address towards the weaker players. This set of methodologies and techniques will introduce an innovative approach to the planning of Supporting Interventions finalised towards adapting the Training Track for employment purposes to the needs of the user underlined by the limits of their trainability potential. The target groups are (1) the users, i.e. trainers, evaluators, decision makers' company managers (2) the unemployed or workers at risk (3) Job centres or agencies.
