"Simply the best!" - the seminar under this significant titel will take place in the Muehl-fun-viertel, in Klaffer/Hochficht from 7.-12.04.2015. Into the target group belong not youth workers with and without experience as a team-leader during a youth exchange. Totally there will take part 24 participants from 6 countries: Turkey, Austria, Italy, Norway, Bulgaria and Greece. The theoretical and practical tools will be provided by two high-experienced Austrian trainers. All administrative and organisational stuff on the spot will lie under their control too. The participants will gain theoretical and practical tools, social skills an in the end there will be a simulation of a youth exchange. all parts of the training will be evaluated and the participants get regular feedback. The Kinderfreunde Mühlviertel are well experienced in establishing and performing youth exchanges and other events for young people across years. The know-how that is accumulated will be placed at leaders' (from other organizations and countries) disposal. They should be trained and work as disseminator. It’s the aim to improve quality and professionalism in the performing of youth exchanges to the benefit of the participants and for the spread-out of the European idea. Well experienced experts of outdoor-education and of theatre-pedagogy will lead this training course. They will handle over their knowledge and experiences about administration, organization and performing of youth exchanges to the participants. Moreover, as an outcome there will be a handbook for leaders at the end that will be provided to the participants and for organizations. A long-term effect can be ensured by this.
