Youth Association DRONI is a hosting organisation of the youth exchange project ``SHOW AND ACT TO EXCHANGE`` which is targeted on 16-20 year old participants, youth with and without fewer opportunities. YE will take place in a sea resort of Georgia, Kobuleti. The YE will last for 10 days (include travel days). 48 participants and 12 group leaders will come together from 3 Program countries and from 3 Neighboring Partner countries in Caucasus ( Estonia, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia).The project aims to create an environment where participants move beyond the cultural, social-economical and national boundaries to have dialogue between each-other, give them opportunities to get know new cultures and social groups for breaking stereotypes and making cohesion of different groups, and to support participants become more active in their social life.Despite the fact that they all speak different languages participants will find common way of communicating, By using team work with mixed cultural groups. The youth exchange will help them express themselves, become more self- confident, communicate with others and improve foreign language. We will use non-formal learning to create a cultural fusion. Participants will have a great opportunity to present their culture in a funny and interactive way (songs, dances, games, forum theatre, cooking etc.) and get to know more about other cultures. The YE objectives include: to raise awareness about cultural differences; Celebrating diversity -to learn about each other in order to build a community, based on common values of respect, tolerance and equality of opportunity; Promoting healthy life style through sport activities; Raising intercultural awareness/Establishing a youth activity open for participants with fewer opportunities; Gaining creativity and self-assessment of children as well as Encouraging self-development and responsibility.
