The IES Pablo Neruda is located in Leganés , Madrid , about 15 km from Madrid. It is situated on the outskirts of the city near the industrial area of Nuestra Señora de Butarque. Target students are those at risk of school dropout and those who have been forced to quit labour market and want to recycle to come back to it. The aims of our project, Shop Assistant in Rotterdam (S.A.R.) are to give the students the chance to work as sellers in commercial establishments in the city of Rotterdam and also to improve their language competence in English. The objective for the teachers participating in this project is to visit the host partner and commercial establishments associated with him, to test and learn sales techniques, storage and animation at the point of sale developed by these institutions. The activities developed by students are to work in the business with diligence, complying with the rules and procedures set forth by the company and coordinating when appropriate, will also organize and manage operations for storage and, will conduct sale of products and will prepare the documents generated in these activities. Teacher activities are aimed at knowing how the process of storage, sale and animation on the point sales in the city of Rotterdam, both theoretical and practical level. The purpose and content of their work will be explained to the students before they start. During the performance, students will participate in the blog created for the purpose, and they also have to fill out the weekly cards about completed the work undertaken. The teacher should make a document with the aspects they will observe on the visit. Participation in the Erasmus + program will be publicized through the following means: the website of our school, school twitter account, facebook account regarding the program and logo competition in the school. The final result to be obtained is achieving the title of Technician in Commerce, because that means they have successfully developed internship abroad. In addition the student must have achieved a B1 level of English. The teacher will present the results in his department and in CCP that is a body of the school that gathers the head of educational departments. In the long term the objectives are to reduce the dropout in this studies e and internalization of the institute.
