The Job shadowing project will involve 3 youth workers from Belarusian informal groups. The project will take place in Plymouth, UK between July and October 2015, duration 10,14 and 29 days. The programme designed is closely linked to the objectives of the project and participants' needs, aspirations and interests.
During the activity stage, the participants will increase their knowledge of Erasmus+ programme, focus on project managements and develop their professional competences to implement international projects.
The programme is logically divided into 5 parts each of which focuses on particular area and pave the way for the next stage.
The project will be based on non-formal and informal education.
The objectives of the project are:
- improve the level of key competences and skills of youth workers from Belarusian informal groups
- to enhance cooperation between organisations working on different levels ( NGOs and informal groups)
- increase skills and knowledge of youth workers in project management.
- Enhance capacity of Belarusian informal youth groups to participate in Erasmus+ projects and develop their cooperation with international partners.
The project is in line with Erasmus+ aims and objectives such as improving competences of youth workers, linked to their professional profile, promoting cultural awareness, increasing of capacity, attractiveness and international dimension of organisations active in the youth field. The project will help the organisations from Programme and Partner countries to build network and cooperation for future projects.
As result of this project, the informal groups will be able to take active part in Erasmus+ programme and deliver the youth projects with high standard of management.
The project will have impact on personal, socio-educational and professional development of the participants.
