44 participants and 12 leaders from Portugal, Belgium, Denmark, Romania, Croatia and Italy will meet from June 27th to July 5th, 2015 for the youth exchange “Shake Mi City”. Purpose of the exchange is to represent European Citizenship through creativity and arts. The group will be varied and will include youngsters aged 16 to 23 years and group leaders over 18, living an intercultural experience based on peer-to-peer education. The will be an APV from June the 5th to the 7th, will take part 1 leader and 1 participant form each national group. The exchange will take place in Gandellino, in the province of Bergamo, and will include different activities: the acquainted of the participants, the creation of the group, the discovery and promotion of talents, the preparation of the final event. There will also be a visit to the city of Milan and the last day will be dedicated to the evaluations. The group will prepare a final event to represent the concept of European Citizenship though arts and creativity. The final event will ensure the visibility of the project, the involvement of local young people and the promotion of the opportunities offered by the Erasmus +. Through this experience, participants will have the opportunity to express their creativity, develop their talents and their practical/organizational skills, to share opinions about European citizenship, to learn how to work together to achieve a goal; they will empower the value of the diversity in ages, backgrounds, experiences and they will break down stereotypes.
