The members of the non-governmental organisation ECOLAS are highly recognised as specialists in Liberal Arts and Science. For many years they have been assisting other European universities to build the same type of colleges they already established in their own countries. The objectives of the project are the establishment of Liberal Arts & Sciences Colleges throughout Europe, the creation of a certificate and a campaign to put the liberal arts programme on the list of accreditation committees throughout the EU member countries.
