Since 2004, we work with partners on the objectives of opening to the world and tolerance through the exchanges of young people. Numerous actions(shares) (exchanges of young people, seminaries(seminars), international committee(commission), exchanges of organizers(presenters), welcome(reception) and volunteers' sending, seminary(seminar) of guardians) participated in the dynamics of districts, through the investment of the inhabitants, the elected representatives, the professionals … We obtained an enjoyment(approval) SVE in 2008 (renewal in 2011). We experimented the sending of young people and a welcome(reception) of a young Armenian in 2009-2010 and a German and Epagnole in 2012-2013. We wish to continue to make sensitive the young people of our city in the wealth of the intercultural exchanges and to accompany them in collective or individual projects at the European level. We also wish to affect(touch) all the public on the knowledge of new countries and new cultures and suciter the questioning on the European citizenship and the rights which are associated to it. For 4 years, we thought about the welcome(reception) of several volunteers of different nationalities in connection with our local partners. We want to pursue the dynamics committed(hired) on the scale of the city by welcoming again 2 young people within our structure in connection with the city of the Rock on Yon who will welcome, them even at the same time(weather) a volunteer. Both welcomed volunteers (Spain and Germany) will participate in the animations every public by entrances(entries) projects (in connection with sectors). They will discover the functioning of Community centers ett its network of local partner and régionnal. We are going to continue to mobilize the former(old) young people of sectors youth of the Districts of Forges / saint André and Val d' Ornay, the volunteers being a member of the committee(commission) citizenship, carrying elder sons(brothers) an interest in the social life, the guardians SVE, to accompany at best the volunteers. These people will be upstream associated and implied (preparation), hanging (support(accompaniment) of the volunteers) and downstream (evaluation and perspectives). We also lean on both present volunteers to work this new welcome(reception) (thanks to their returns and proposals)..
