This project was about new trends in environmental training, a very significant aspect of the educational approach at the special elementary school of the juvenille detention centre. The project was focused at: The development of good practices, international contact, developing of self-presentation skills, reducing vocational burn-out, new ideas, dissemnination for the whole teching team, forming a positive profile of our schol through dissemination to colleagues of other schools of the community, finally motivating out students, reducing school dropout, improving the teaching of all subjects, increasing empathy, teamwork and environmental awareness. All procedures, our transfer, the seminar in Iceland and the dissemination actions were executed succesfully, with all members of the team cooperating for the common targets, and getting the best possible out of the whole project. Our school, starting from the next school year will apply all learned practices in the curriculum and we hope that the same will happen with other schools participating in our dissemination actions. We have also programmed other dissemination actions in cooperation with the university of Thessaly (in Volos, Greece) for kindergardens, elementary and secondary schools. In conclusion, the project was executed with great success and multiple benefits for a wide and divert team of prefessionals.
