L'Atelier des Initiatives, a network of 70 young people associations of Loire-Atlantique and structure of young people projects support, invest news horizons, in particular at an European level. After a youth exchange which takes place in april 2015, we wish setting up an european seminar of practices exchange for youth workers in June 2015 in Nantes. L'Atelier des Initiatives has for ambition to create partnerships with youth european structures. The integration of a European associative network should help to promote intercultural exchanges for our publics with other young european people but also to bring to the foreground collective projects between these young people. The objectives of the project are: - To built bases of a european network of local actors of young people project support. - Feed the practices of each person regarding support of young people projects - To built a kind of common culture of support in different european cities - Analyze the differences of practices by putting them in perspective regarding to the local context of each structure - Improve the skills of the project accompagnists - Develop a better knowledge of the young people support practices at a european level For this seminar, we choose to looking for structures like us which work in this field of project support. CEMEA del Mezzogiorno, Cap Berriat, La Red Creando Futuro - La Babosa, CEMEA Pays de la Loire join the seminar project. This seminar will bring together 11 people. This project is divided in various phases. Upstream, the preparation of this seminar in each structure with themes to work in team before, the reception of the group during 3 days in Nantes to exchange about our practices and postures support, the production of a common tool and the promotion of this project at a local level in each country involved. The expected impacts are building a European network of youth projects support structures, a better understanding of socio-educational realities in the field of youth project support at European level, the creation of a common culture regarding support, the development of new knowledge and tools in terms of youth project support, increased ease in intercultural relations, the development of European partnerships (exchanges, seminars). We see this first seminar as a first step towards new dynamics. The idea is to make new contacts with organizations involved in youth projects accompaniment to continue to meet to discuss our practices at local, national, European. Later, this should densify youth exchanges between our different structures.
