This project is viewed as a necessary continuation of another one already under way in our school as a result of the demand for training that has been done by an increasing number of members of our secondary school, in this new edition. Basically, these needs fall into three specific areas:- Methodology and CLIL materials.- Improving the level of English.- Exchange of knowledge and experience among European countries.For this reason, the goals we want to achieve are:- Training in CLIL methodology and materials.- Improving oral skills and fluency in English.- Interacting with teachers from other countries to exchange knowledge, views and experiences in situ.Teachers will be chosen among those already participating in the Bilingual Project in our school as well as among those who are preparing to join a similar project and have begun their training process.Teachers will carry out two types of activities:- . Four teachers demand activities related to job shadowing as a consolidation of the training received in the previous edition, interchanging experiences with an Italian center, where two of their teachers will visit us already this course..- Six more teachers demand structured formation, one week courses in Ireland and the UK, related to the improvement of language skills and methodology. They are expected to upgrade their English through activities such as oral and written presentations after researching tasks using multimedia material.Teachers will make a record of the material done after each activity to become an integral part of the bilingual material of the school, ready to be used, applied, disseminated and valued. In addition, it will be part of the material which is being elaborated by some teachers responsible for making CLIL materials for bilingual education.In addition it will be reflected in the blog we already have (maginabilingue.blogspot.com). Materials and photos will be disseminated as widely as possible. The teachers who are expected to participate in this project will acquire proper training for the development of new materials and the use of a creative approach in the classroom. The main language for communication will be English so the improvement of oral fluency is expected. The benefits and impact on teachers are obvious, and they are bound to improve the motivation of students and the level of learning as well.
