Differing level of economic transformations in Poland Belarus and Ukraine define varying economic potential of these countries. The regions ultimately need support and tighter cooperation to carry out innovative solutions to facilitate promotion of the region, establish tighter cooperation among the SME sector entrepreneurs, foster promotion, etc.The main goal of the project is improving conditions for business development and cooperation of SMEs from the three regions covered by the project, contributing to socio-economic development of Krosno-Przemysl subregion in Poland, Lviv region in Ukraine and Hrodna region in Belarus.As such, the project envisages a number of activities aimed at achieving the set objective. These are: study visits for institutions supporting SMEs for the purpose of experience exchange, 15 seminars for SMEs (5 in each region), creating a web portal with a cross-border database for cooperation of entrepreneurs, publishing a guidebook of entrepreneurial development, etc.The added value of the project is seen as the increase in competitiveness of the border regions, giving the economy a boost in terms of enhancing knowledge and increasing cross-border initiatives. Expected Results: Improvement of conditions for business development and cooperation of entrepreneuers from the SMEs sector from the area of three regions to the socio-economic development of Krosniensko-Przemyski Subregion of Poland, Lviv District in Ukraine and Grodno District in Belarus by realizing common inititive of institutions supporting SMEs.
