The project "Savorengo Drom - Gemeinsamer Weg" aims to show the people involved that citiziens in Europe are not that different and just together we can solve our problems. Especially the volunteers being involved shall gain a new view on life and borders and fivertsity. All of them will take part in projects addressing local and international activities for and with Roma youth and children, trainings on antigypsyism and racism, the creation of flyers and materials for promotion or practical activities. The volunteers are going to contribute to the success of the project with own experiences and ideasas well as gaining new life experiences, having the opportunity of intercultural learning, non-fomal education and of course new language skills. The project also offers the possibility to work in a team with people of differen social an cultural backrounds and so develop new skills for teamworking as well us new cultural competents. As a result the volunteers are going to feel encouraged to express and realize their own ideas with mor confidence and additonally is more open to work with diverse people.
