The project sending organization - Saldus Professional secondary school, the host countries are Italy, Germany, Malta and Austria. Five educational programs ( EP) "Computer based systems", "Hotel services", "Carpenter", "Construction" and " Fire-fighter rescuer " will be involved in the mobility abroad. Total of 24 fourth-year students and 5 teachers companions, as well as four Professional subjects teachers of EP " Computer based systems ". The student’s mobility abroad occurs qualification practice time in Latvia, when practice is interrupted and continued in foreign companies. Mobility begins in 2015t. Duration of practice 4 weeks, only for EP " Fire-fighter rescuer” students have 2 weeks. The students at the school have received a good theoretical knowledge and skills in their practical training, but this is are essential to get international experience in their specialty. The project target is set according to the Lifelong Learning programme Erasmus+ objective of vocational education approved students mobility, to support students to acquire the skills, abilities and competencies that will enhance this is personal growth, employment and integrate into the labour market. Participants improve their language skills and ability to communicate. Participants have self-confidence in their abilities and are able to make their mark in the labour market. Mobility often encourages the students to continue their studies in higher education institutions. The mobility’s impact on a group of teachers is as similar as on student’s group. From the realized project winner is also the school, the project supports the vocational education, improves international cooperation. It will promote the attractiveness of vocational education and the quality of schools in providing visibility and the opportunity to continue successfully enrolening students in subsequent years. The project`s aim is to correspond school developing strategy. A project activity in Italy provides a collaborative partner Associazione SEND EP, for the “Hotel services “foresee students practice in the specialty in the five-star hotel in Palermo. Duration is 4 weeks for the 4 students. Teacher attendant needs to be in the first week. Project activities in Germany are provided by collaborative partner, Vital Ltd for the EP "Carpenter" student practice in companies’ connection with a carpenter job on construction sites in a specialty. Duration is 4 weeks, for 4 carpenters and the teacher attendant required in the first week. Project activities in Malta are provided by collaborative partner Malta college, providing EP "Construction" and "Computer based systems" practice in relations to the specialty. Internships duration for all 8 students is 4 weeks with one teacher to two groups. EP "Fire-fighter rescuer” students practice in Germany, in Fire-fighters academy Loy. Due to the specific training conditions, the duration of the mobility from the host organization is governed by mandatory 2 week and with teacher participating in practice training is obligatory , because the training can be increased in hazard condition. Participants are 4 students and professional subjects’ teacher-companion. Project activities in Austria are provided by collaborative partner, & Vermittlungsagentur in Österreich, Bildungsberatung providing for EP "Construction" 4 students and practice with respect to road builder machinery specialty in local road construction companies. Internship duration is 4 weeks with a companion teacher. Planned time for all mobility’s - 2015th March / April. In mobility acquired new skills, knowledge’s and competences recognition in the Project we use the Europass Mobility documents. Project Manager in collaboration with the National Europass Centre and the German, Italian, Maltese and Austrian employers’ arrange for the Europass Mobility fills in the form and issue of mobility in the host country at the mobility end. The acquired skills, abilities and competencies assess the trainee mentor in place and employer of the company. With this project, the school has made its own contribution to the local, regional and national level, offering a labour market already well-prepared 24 new specialists. 4 EP "Computer based systems" vocational subject teachers have acquired the skills that contribute to school modernization and internationalization. The project is contributed to the attractiveness of vocational education and the quality, as evidenced by the Saldus professional secondary school enrolment in recent years, to admit student according to plan. Project results and experience of the participants disseminate in several levels. At school, presenting the public with a lifelong project, employers and school partners.
