Establishing a cross-border partnership in order to identify common solutions for an increased and optimized infrastructure of road traffic signalling according to EU standards. Expected Results: Increase traffic capacity by increasing traffic flow through the national roads that lay down Ungheni (Moldova) Dorohoi, Romania, Chernivtsi City Council Ukraine (Works of improving the system: km of axial marking, s.m of transversal marking, units of traffic indicators, units of traffic lights, monitoring system installed); increase traffic safety and consequently, secure borders (initiatives as to harmonize traffic safety systems to EU, works of system's rehabilitation, street actions involving school children, drivers and inhabitants); predisposition of a model for road infrastructure monitoring, continuous updating and evaluation (seminars organized between the experts and representatives of public administrations, study visits and cross-border seminars in the territory).
