EADICII, counting on the sound collaboration and wide experience of its large partnership, plans 70 mobility flows from Argentina to ten EU partner universities at Doctorate, Post-Doc and Academic Staff level. The foreseen mobility flows are from Argentina to Europe only. Scholars at PhD level will move on a sandwich base or will enrol in a full doctoral programme, participating in a set of Doctoral Programmes selected as "critical" for the socio - economic development of Argentina and as "vehicular" to the mutual enrichment in terms of cultural and economical relations. Post doc and Academic staff will move from Argentinean universities in order to encourage the transfer of expertise and know-how and also to reinforce the mutual understanding of the role played by HIEs in different contexts. They will be hosted by the European Research Departments that are relevant to the thematic priority fields (Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Geography, Geology, Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences) and involved in the research and didactic activities according to the proposed research and activity plans submitted during the application phase. Previous to the beginning of exchanges, a crucial activity of organisation of mobility will take place in each of the EU partner universities. These preparatory activities will consist in the visibility strategy and application and selection process as well as in the strengthening of international visiting scholars services such as welcoming services, academic tutoring and research facilities offered.
