We´ve decided to create a project for vocational school pupils with special educational needs, general learning disorders and/or learning and communicational difficulties with a motto "A backpack to Europe." According to Erasmus+ main visions they would have a opportunity for development of their social, communicational, personal and job skills, internationally. (Language education is not included in their school educational system, therefore, we consider for participants as a good start to international relations the field of related languages.) During all the teambuilding activities and workshops should they overcome language and cultural barriers in mutual cooperation (international bilingual teams) being actively involved both in organization and realization of intellectual, practical, creative and sporting activities aimed at developing of teamwork ability and self-esteem.Through concrete activities of packing a "backpacks to Europe" could our participants better understand the European motto "The unity in diversity" and they will also realize the social value of their own - not always fully appreciated - professional qualifications. The question: What shoud I pack for a journey to Europe? means also: What can I personally offer to Europe – as a cooker, as a gardener, as a Czech or Slovak? or How can I be an active citizen of future world ? - which is a crucial question of social inclusion for them. Who askes activelly, seeks and finds the answers – and this is, by our opinion, a key contribution of our project.
