The project was designed by the Association Sentire for support rural youth . They face difficulties such as:
- High unemployment among young people in rural areas 31.8 %
- Low level of preparation for active life in rural communities
- Geographical problems : young people living in remote areas , have no access to information, limited access to transport or disadvantaged areas
- Cultural issues : young people belonging to other minorities - the Roma , where he meets segregation : Gardening Fălcoiu , Osica and Piatra Olt
- Economic problems : young people from families where income is on average less than minimum wage , youth who are abandoned by their parents financially helpless young people with financial problems due to the economic crisis
- Social : employment difficulties because you are young and inexperienced , have a low level of social and communication skills , young people from single-parent families - broken with a low level of education
The objectives are :
1. Develop digital literacy and entrepreneurship for 38 young people aged 18 to 25 years , in Romania , mostly in rural areas. This will be fulfill by the Rural workshop rules ( which will have two parts) , while presenting organizations , public speaking method and the method of education PhotoVoice . Is the time it takes over the 10 days of activity
2. Combating early school youth participating in the youth exchange . This activity will address the 15 youngsters with fewer opportunities are included in the activities. This objective will be achieved through non-formal education methods : Debate , public cafe and workshop - Do not drop . Is the time it takes for the 10 days of activity
3. Combating discrimination of young people from rural areas ( villages in Romania are originating from gardeners and Piatra Olt ) and encouraging their social and entrepreneurial initiatives . This objective is addressed to 38 participants and will be in period of activities . This objective will fulfill the non-formal education methods : living library , theater forum and method albatross.
4. Developing cultural competence for the 38 participants from P1 -4 by means of non-formal education for a period of 10 days from the project. This competence will be acquired by participants through the following methods of non-formal education : Storytelling and FlashMob .
5. Developing the capacity of the five partner organizations in Romania , P1 -P5 to develop youth projects and gaining management skills for implementation teams . This objective will be fulfilled throughout the period of the project , involving all stages of the project promoters .
The project will be held on Horezu and will have 38 participants with partners from Italy , Spain , Turkey and Portugania .

Measurable results of the project are :
- 38 young participants will lay hold key competences
- 15 young people will continue their studies nemaiexistând opoertunitati low dropout risk
- 38 young participants will gain entrepreneurial skills, cultural communication in a foreign language
- 80 students from Piatra Olt will learn about the advantages of Erasmus Plus
- 5 organizations will develop their coordination skills young people and budget management
- Coordination skills development group leaders
- Good cooperation between Sentire and ISJ Olt so that it is a first step towards cooperation between them
- A press conference at the end of the project in which they will participate factors makers , NGOs and young people interested in the topic of the project
- Continuation and collaboration between organizations and development programs for youth hunting projects witch involved youth with fewer opportunities
