Although European Union (EU) intends more and more founds for development of rural areas, youth in rural areas generally think that rural areas don’t present good environment for development of enterprise due to fact they are often confronted with difficulties in finding a job and a career. Realization of the project will enable reestablishment of initiative functioning, which will encourage innovative thinking of youth about possibilities that are offered in rural areas and thereby stimulate development of enterprise. One of the objectives of this project is to increase informing of youth about (self)employment possibilities in rural areas and to gain necessary information for establishment of non-governmental organizations in rural areas. They will gain necessary knowledge and ideas for creating their own careers and will learn how to successfully take advantage of their own potential in the labor market. We should not forget that social exclusion of youth can be successfully beaten by strengthening of social networks of individuals and with acquisition of communication skills that enable successful social inclusion of young people in the contemporary society. Youth from member states of the EU are faced with similar difficulties, therefore will realized project, which will be attended by young participants from Slovenia, Malta, Lithuania, Croatia and Turkey, indicate opportunities for successful prevention of social exclusion. Participants from partner countries are relevant because they arise from countries where social exclusion of young unemployed people in rural areas presents an actual problem. Participants will transfer obtained knowledge from this project at local, regional and national level and will consequently encourage young people to be innovative on the field of entrepreneurial thinking, enhance social inclusion of youth and help with spreading of awareness about (self)employment opportunities. On one week lasting workshops participants will learn how to establish non-governmental organization in rural areas and will be informed with (self)employment and career opportunities of young people. Special attention will be intended to the acquisition of communication skills of all present participants. Participants will acquire relevant public speaking skills, rhetorical skills and will become qualified team players, who will be fluent in critical and innovative solving of problematic of social exclusion. The expected results of this project are exploited potential of youth on the labor market, entrepreneurial advancement of the rural environment and greater social inclusion of unemployed young people in rural areas. With made manual and website, where all information about possibilities of establishment of non-governmental organizations will be gathered, effect will not be achieved just at the local level of the organizing country but also at the European level.
