The presented project is the result of close cooperation between several dynamically operating international IT companies . It is aimed at students of two Vocational Schools preparing to the profession of IT technician. Youth participation in the project will enable them to develop practical and theoretical knowledge acquired in school. The project according to its assumptions is aimed at elimination of social inequality and helping young people to enter the labor market. The project includes three trip visits of 20 youth participant from Poland to Greek enterprises. Young people will be faced with the concrete problems in their workplace and will gain the experience and opportunity to learn the proper way to react to certain challenges. Contact with the latest technologies and practices which are specialists in the sector, with professionals working with other hardware and software than in Poland will contribute to increase the knowledge and skills of students.Main results of direct learning: Acquisition of the following sklills: - configuring computer equipment,- organization and equipping the company for the purpose of information processing,- the use of computer processing technology.The long-term results of the target group: - Development of interpersonal skills,- Development of linguistic skills,- Learning self-reliance in making decisions, - Multicultural dialogue.
