The project has been created as a result of the school's problem with the number of candidates to our secondary and high school, which is not big enough to maintain the school staff and school position.
The school is quite new, with a lot of good facilities. The staff is really professional and friendly and the atmosphere is very positive.
The problem of school is a big city in the close neighbourhood, with a great variety of similar schools, which are more attractive, in an aspect of education and localisation for local population.
Thanks to improved communication skills, the latest methodology used in EU, nad a practical way of teaching a foreign language based on submerging in the language and international cooperation, students are going to achieve better results in language and maths exams. Then our school is to be more attractive for students and their parents. Thanks to being more attractive, the school expects an increase in the number of applying candidates.
Thirteen staff members want to join the project: they are teachers of various subjects: PE, English, Maths, Science, IT, Biology, civics, cultural knowledge, a school pedagogic advisor and a school accountant.
They have decided to work with students in a wider, than school and local community area, preparing them more practically for future stages of education and finding work without any barriers between countries.
They are to attend foreign language and methodology courses to improve their communicative and methodological abilities and,
in the next step, to join any international school cooperation.
The aim of it is increasing the school recruitment and what is more, making studying in our school more attractive, effective and practical in modern Europe.
The two tasks we want to achieve are: enchanting the school recruitment and making the school a modern European institution.
The school staff strongly believes that these tasks are strictly connected and depend on each other.
