Project Development of vocational pupils and vocational teachers at SŠS Jihlava is focused on competence development of vocational learners and support of vocational teachers in professional and personal level. The Project was created as an ending of a long term cooperation between partners school BTP CFA CHAMPAGNE-ARDENNE /France/ a Tredu /Finland/.Pupils of vocational branches plumbers and carpenters and vocational teachers will be involved in the project. Project is compounded of 2 activities. VET learners traineeships in companies abroad and Staff training abroad. We will involve 14 pupils in mobilities in Finland and 14 in mobilities in France. Pupils will participate in working groups with local pupils, language of instructions is English. A Unit of learning outcome will be prepared for pupils, these units will be fulfilled during mobilities, the outcomes will be evaluated by the receiving organization. 4 staff members will participate in mobilities. Staff will solve topics connected with the European Development Plan which is based on principle equality, inclusion, professionalism - very important for vocational pupils. Many of vocational pupils have low social status and come from different cultural background. Outcomes of the project will be presented on dissemination activities.
