The questions of being open and antidiscrimination are getting extremely important in modern Europe as well as various issues of contact between different cultures.-Project targets on increasing of youth mobility. Mobility is one of the most important conditions for developing of open-minded, respectful youth in our countries. All the activities are based on the principles of non-formal education and are prepared and implemented by young people themselves. We expect that the participants will increase their intercultural competences, cultural awareness and expression. Two groups will live together this week, they will have different tasks which they will prepare. They will get basic facilitation skills, project management skills as they will prepare the most of content and logistics by themselves. That will be a great experience that will help them to organize local activities or even further Erasmus+ projects including more partners from different countries. The young people will be responsible for the most parts of the project implementation, preparation, evaluation and dissemination of results. Through these responsibilities they will acquire a lot of competences which will help them in their real life like sence of creativity and entrepreneurship, project management skills, communication skills in different languages, leadership and initiative competences. In terms of the main project theme, we hope that this exchange will help them to become aware of the importance of equality, social justice, inclusion, history lessons and anti-racism work. This experience will inspire them to act as role models in their communities.
