Based on previous project "Roots Routes International" (Culture 2000), this project will develop summer courses in five countries where motivated urban talents, who took part in one of the local urban talent projects, will follow training modules in diverse urban music and dance styles, theory and practise of the entertainment business and light, sound and media techniques. The experiences gained at the summer courses will lead to a proposal for an Accreditation of Prior Learning system, which may be used to gain competence and eligibility to apply for entry into a programme of study in an art schools. The project will launch a special agency which will offer management support for young talents. Target groups are young people in initial vocational training, disadvantaged groups, teachers. The project will produce newsletters as a main instrument to disseminate information and products to a wider audience, transnational meetings, web site which will carry all news from the national projects as well as all audio visual reports from the project activities.
