Main topic of the project is "Family as a learning environment." The aim of the project is to improve the competence of foundation staff. The participants of the project will be employees and volunteers. The project aims to improve competencies of the participants (knowledge, experience, attitude) during the observation / job shadowing. As a partner was chosen institution Federación de Asociaciones Progresista de Mujeres y Consumidores de Guadalajara in Spain. Cooperation and communication between the project partners will proceed at a good level. Communication is regarded as a key factor in the success of the project. The project partners have specific roles in the implementation of each action. The project will have a significant impact on the participants, applicant institution, the host institution and target groups. Extensive evaluation activities are planned. Dissemination and exploitation of project results will be treated as a priority and will be implemented at each stage of the project. As a result, the quality of work of the institution will increase in the following areas: 1 ) the ability of management, 2 ) skills and qualifications of staff and volunteers, 3) new tools and methods for teaching 4) European dimension of institutions, 5) cultural competence, 6) language skills. The Foundation Family Center will implement the experience gained to the strategic plan for the future development of the institution.
