Project involves teachers and administrators work in Adana Science and Art CenterScience and Art Center. Robotic science increases the students’ self-confidence. It helps mathematics and science make visible the relationship between topics and helps children think in 3D and develop shape and space perception, imagination and fine motor skills.Besides these characteristics, robotic science reinforces students’ desire to invent and increases the self-esteem in children and it allows to realize students’ own abilities. Students are directed to the group work rather than individual work. At this sense, robots can improve cooperative learning. Moreover, the robot training develops individual creative thinking, self-confidence, communication skills, leadership, theoretical knowledge to practice in object. Teachers selected for the gifted and talented children's education are well rounded people and have advanced knowledge and research skills. Many of them have academic career. Their knowledge in their subjects provide benefits for teachers in the process of scientific information. The main purpose of our training center is to achieve the benefits of robot training listed above for our students. This project is aimed to provide opportunities to share information and experience with the all teachers taking part in the training programme. On the one hand teachers are developed with new teaching methods, on the other hand it will contribute positively to the quality of education at the center. Because of the students willingness to participate in robot competitions, our teachers has led to their development needs. With the result of our interviews with our foreign partners , the school staff requests has created such a training project. Teachers and managers (20 people) will participate in the trainings as 2 groups. Training will be shaped according to the needs of the staff,which is a valuable opportunity for all teachers. When considered the well rounded staff and talented students, training activities in the project are expected to be quite useful. When Robot training applications in the school realizes the desired change in children, it will increases the students’ willing in science and art. Taking their special cases into account, they will help with the development of Europe in the as a good scientist and artist.
