River Links is an initiative which outlines a programme of activity to support rural sustainability. The target areas of the initiative stretch along the Rivers Finn, Foyle and Deele and the Donegal / Tyrone border. The region is not homogenous and this project seeks to provide a range of targeted responses which maximise areas of comparative advantage across the region. The establishment of the Foyle and Finn Rural Network as a core activity of the project will also assist in supporting groups beyond the lifetime of the project.
