Right to work for all- Youth Exchange
Turkey, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Macedonia, Portugal, Greece.
5 Participants-1 Leader, in Total 42 people. (We will be careful about gender equality.)
Age limit: 18-30

-Fight against Discrimination
Aims of the Project, generally:
- To improve participants’ and other target group’s skills and employability,
-To teach people about “RIGHT TO WORK FOR ALL”,
-To raise awareness on youngsters about supporting disabled people and to make them be against the discrimination in that field,
-To promote European cooperation in the field of youth,
-To promote active citizenship,
-To sensitize the participants about the "YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT" that is the common issue all over the world,
-To produce future projects,

Effects, shortly:
- Participants will develop entrepreneurial skills and competencies.
-Participants will be able to see the reason of youth unemployment with their own point of view and again with their perspective they will try to have some solutions for that issue.
-They will improve their soft skills. Such as: team work, problem solving, cultural awareness, leadership, employability, strategic thinking etc.
-They will realize that everybody has right to work and that’s why they will not condone the discrimination in any field.
-Participants will increase their success chance in employment.
-And lastly, their European consciousness will develop.
