The aim of the project “The practical training of students of Rezekne technical school in EU countries” is to - give students the possibility to improve mastering of their professional skills and competences, - promote students’ personal and professional development, mobility, employment and alignment with European labor market. In frames of the project “The practical training of students of Rezekne technical school in EU countries” the following participants took part in the placements: 1. 10 students have been fulfilling practical training in Germany (Salo+Partner BB GmbH) during: 1.1. 19/10/2015 - 24/11/2015 – six 4-year students from „Auto-transports” department in companies; 1.2. 19/10/2015 - 24/11/2015 – six 4-year students from „Hotel service” department in companies; 1.3. 29/03/2016 - 04/05/2016 – four 4-year students from „Catering service” department in companies; 1.4. 29/03/2016 - 04/05/2016 – four 4-year students from „Building” department in companies. During the practical training participants worked in the private companies: car-services, restaurants and building/construction company fulfilling tasks according to program of practical training. 2. 11 students have been fulfilling practical training in Estonia: Ida-Virumaa Kutsehariduskeskus (Ida-Virumaa Vocational Education Centre) during: 2.1. 01/11/2015 - 15/11/2015 – three 3-year students from „Programming” department; 2.2. 01/11/2015 - 15/11/2015 – two 2,3-year students from „Power and electrical engineering” department; 2.3. 10/04.2016 - 24/04/2016 – three 2,3-year students from „Hotel service” department; 2.4. 10/04.2016 - 24/04/2016 – three 3-year students from „Building” department; During the practical training participants, together with students of host organization, fulfilled tasks in school workshops and laboratories according to program of practical training. 3. Two 4-year students from “ Building” have been fulfilling practical training in Estonia: Narva Kutseoppekeskus (Narva Vocational Training Centre) from 06/03/2016 till 03/04/2016. During the practical training participants fulfilled tasks in school construction workshops according to program of practical training. 4. 17 students have been fulfilling practical training in Lithuania: Utenos Regioninis Profesinio Mokymo Centras (Utena Regional Vocational Training Centre) during: 4.1. 29/11/2015 - 13/12/2015 – three 2-year students from „Food production technology” department; 4.2. 29/11/2015 - 13/12/2015 – three 3-year students from “Catering service” department; 4.3. 06/03/2016 - 03/04/2016 – two 4-year students from „Auto-transport” department; 4.4. 06/03/2016 - 03/04/2016 – two 4-year students from „Hotel service” department; 4.5. 06/03/2016 - 03/04/2016 – two 4-year students from „Building” department; 4.6. 20/03/2016 - 03/04/2016 – three 3-year students from „Interior design” department; 4.7. 20/03/2016 - 03/04/2016 – two 2-year students from „Wood processing” department. During the practical training participants, together with students of host organization, fulfilled tasks in school workshops and laboratories according to program of practical training. In the result of the project participants: 1) have got acquainted with the work places, organization of work, equipment and technologies; 2) during the placement acquired new knowledge in professional field and improved practical working skills; 3) developed professional competence; 4) improved their knowledge of foreign languages (English and/or German); 5) learnt about, history, geography, culture and traditions of receiving countries. All project participants have got: 1. Certificates of receiving organization, recognized the attending and completing the placement. 2. Europass Mobility document.
