This project is an integral part of actions undertaken in our school and one of our goals is to rehabilitate professional education. Through this training, our teachers will surely gain benefits such as : - actively using the new technologies, - driving them to innovate and to be more creative in their teaching methods, - allowing them to have a better understanding of the different educational systems. Through this training in a foreign company, our students will surely gain benefits such as : - leading them to opt for these professional studies as a first choice, - growing more happy and motivated in their schooling and as a result we can hope to have less school failures and school dropouts, - leading them to find a job more easily thanks to the different skills they will have learned. This training will enable teachers and students to discover and get a better knowledge of European countries from a cultural, historic and linguistic point of view. It will also foster international and intercultural contact and will show them the necessity to learn a foreign language.
