The central activity of the project "Reuter goes online" will be a 4-week mobility of ten participants to London, United Kingdom. All of the participants are finishing a vocational training in order to become management assistants in wholesale and foreign trade. After a preparation in our organisation and a linguistic preparation by our partner there will be a practical stay in companies in the target country. The project envisions the enlargement of intercultural, personal and professional competencies. There, the focus lies on intercultural competence. The idea of european mobility should transfer from personal experiences into professional relevance. The idea of mobility should also be strengthend in our organisation. Thereby, further mobility projects are alleviated. The experiences made in preparation and processing of the project will enable us, to expand international contacts and possible mobility projects in the future.
