The project works on the theme of social inclusion of disadvantaged groups and working groups (women, youth, aged 50, prisoners, immigrants, disabled, disadvantaged) with the creation and development of cross-border cooperation and networking between: bodies, structures (public and private ), employment centers, system operators, integrated work / training / social. The project involved the entire cross-border area. The partnership is made up of institutional authorities and the main agencies operating in the territories concerned. Contributes to the overall objective of Axis 4 "Integration of resources and services of" developing cooperation and networking among key actors and local operators, in employment and social cohesion, to improve access and quality public services, "urban functions", and the quality and quantity of cross-border work in the area (specific objectives 4.1, 4.2, 4.3. 4.4). Operators / operators, employment centers and agencies, public and private sector will participate in the network and policy makers; The target groups of vulnerable directly involved in pilot projects developed by the project (women, unemployed youth -16/26-years excluded from social protection mechanisms, over 50 to be covered by the labor market, the disadvantaged - the disabled, immigrants, prisoners-) . The project is structured on 4-axle articulated integrated into specific activities / tasks: 1. Networking, 2. Benchmarking, 3. Pilot actions, 4. Dissemination and Mainstreaming. The project was developed and defined through a complex path, shared by the partners, participatory project (Project Cycle Management). Expected Results:  Effective and efficient management of project activities and respect the history and procedures;  Create a network of people and structures on the subject, development of tools specifically for the maintenance of the network, empowerment;  Exchange of good practices and experience on 4 significant focus identified for the specificity of the partner;  Implementation of measures and innovative services for the integration and social inclusion work in border areas;  Capacity at the service system and measurements made with the project activities, awareness of the social actors across borders;  Dissemination of results at regional, national and cross-border exploitation of results for the structural and temporal sustainability
