The project studies, for obtaining - safety foods and feeds - bulk stored wheat and corn grains from following points of view: microbiology, technology elements (crops rotation, fertilization, lime, irrigation, plant density), conditioning and storage systems, quality parameters changes. General objective:Researches regarding the influence of the technological factors over the quality of stored wheat and corn yield.Specific objectives:1. Researches regarding the influence of some technology elements regarding the quality of stored wheat and corn yield in Bihor and Hajdú- Bihar.2. Research regarding the influence of the storage system and storage conditions regarding the quality of stored wheat and corn yield.3. Dissemination and promotion of the best practices in storage of the wheat and corn yield based on traceability in Bihor and Hajdú- Bihar counties.The research activities are the main activities of the project:• Researches regarding the separate and associated influence of the crop rotation, plant density and irrigation over microbiological activity and technological properties in stored wheat and corn yield• Researches regarding the separate and associated influence of the fertilizers and amendments over microbiological activity and technological properties in stored wheat and corn yield• Researches regarding the influence of the crop protection level against disease, pests and weeds over the microbiology and technological properties of stored wheat and corn yield• Researches regarding the influence of the storage conditions and storage systems over microbiological activity and technological properties in stored wheat and corn yield• Researches regarding the influence of drying, cleaning and sieving over microbiological activity and technological properties in stored wheat and corn yieldThe target group is formed by: wheat and corn producers, wheat and corn seeds producers, owners of the storage facilities, students from BA, MS, PhD, own staff.Among the project results: 1 project website, 2 workshops, 1 database and e-learning platform, 1 Jobs fair for target groups
