Context:Sicily and the entire territory of Malta are characterized by a profound tourist-cultural vocation. In particular, tourism can represent a catalyst element being able to positively insert in the process of the economic-productive development of the Mediterranean Islands. The presence of resources is an evident intuition that requires an articulated meeting through an ideal action of research to be able to obtain a map of the territory in order to determine with scientific strictness the tourist needs and the areas that are able to be evaluated for tourism. Aims: The main objectives pursued by the project are: Defining an innovative and shared common methodology for mapping of tourist relational integrated Mediterranean and the Mediterranean islands in particular; Awareness of the protagonists decision making process of tourism development, cultural heritage, the environment and the territory to issues of sustainable tourism and tourism in particular relational; Forming new tourism operators relational integrated; Promoting the Plan of Research and Development of Relational Integrated Tourism Malta-Sicily; The awareness of stakeholders on Plan for Research and Development of Relational Integrated Tourism Malta-Sicily. Expected Results: • Redazione della Guida metodologica per la mappatura dellofferta turistica relazionale integrata del Mediterraneo;• Redazione delle Linee Guida per lelaborazione di un Marketing Plan strategico congiunto per Malta e Sicilia;• Creazione della Rete degli operatori turistici del turismo relazionale per Malta e Sicilia;• Stesura del Marketing Plan strategico congiunto;• Formazione dei partecipanti al percorso formativo integrato;• Scambio di esperienze e study tour incrociati dei partecipanti italiani e maltesi;• Creazione della Rete virtuale e del Portale di PRISMA.
