Racism is an ideology that, starting from the premise of the existence of human races, believes that some races are inherently superior to others. This ideology can result in hostile attitude or systematic sympathy for a particular class of people. It involves behaviors, words or practices that disadvantage certain people because of their color, culture or ethnic origin.Combating racism requires strong political will, affirmed at the highest level of the state and from all nearby institutions. This issue should be widely discussed and explained in all spheres of society, school, college and universities in the world of sport and in business, in associations, professional and family units.Racism is a timeless and universal scourge. This is a parasite that thrives and feeds times of crisis, which generates violence, massacres. It is in these times of difficulties blindness, insanity and stupidity prevail over common sense of the human being.Racism is now more a question of race superiority but the anxiety that is felt facing another different from oneself and that one does not understand. The contempt and exclusion are the result of the anguish which turns into outright rejection. In all states, all backgrounds, all faiths and cultures are affected. Each of us is an actor and a victim of racism, conscious or not. This project is designed to educate youth on a delicate and sensitive issue. The answer to racism can be done by different means, an understanding of racism, discrimination, and how we go from prejudice to discrimination. Understand that racism is a crime severely punished by law as discrimination. Understand how to act when you are a witness or victim of racist or discriminatory acts. It will also enable us to inform and promote the organization of working groups and assist stakeholders in the development of practical devices, feasible and efficient. We want to give tools to the youth to give answers to acts of racism in their immediate environment.
