The main goal of this project is to apply and test thoroughly the methodology already developed by the Leonardo/Believe project in different business sectors and countries inside the European Union. The first objective is the creation of adequate metrics for initial business goal and the second one is the development of high quality e-learning course. The third objective concerns the actual running of the course along with the monitoring of all activities and records of the trainees. This is the crucial part of the project where the estimation of the effectiveness takes place. The final objective is the measurement of the degree of achievement of the initial goal. In the case of commercial applications qualitative and quantitative business results will determine the e-learning effectiveness.
